A mildly spiced, slightly sweet full bodied celebration of red peppers! All of the ingredients were salted and fermented to deepen the flavour profile and allow a natural acidity to develop. Great on everything! 

Smoke & Pepper Hot Sauce – 5oz
Roasted Red Peppers, Smoked Onion, Smoked Tomato, Smoked Garlic, Habaneros, Cumin, Ancho Chilies, Cinnamon, Chipotle Chilies, Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, White Vinegar, Sugar, Honey & Citric Acid.
Medium heat, smokey and peppery. Perfect for on meat and bean dishes.
