Corn, Tomato, Red Onion, Poblano Pepper, Green & Yellow Bell Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic, Cilantro, Cider Vinegar, Lime, Sugar, Salt, Spices
Corn fermented on the cob in a saltwater brine, roasted tomatoes and a medley of peppers (poblano, jalapeno, yellow and green bell) charred directly over open flame to coax out their sweet and earthy flavours.
